1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 7wingame Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 7wingame supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

7wingame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7wingame Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 7wingame's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 7wingame will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

11. Amendments to These Terms
